type='text'>recepta de panellets</title><content type='html'>PER FER 1 KG I MIG DE PANELLETS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Es posen a bullir les patates amb la pell, després es treu la pell i es barreja l’ametlla en pols, les patates, el sucre i els 2 ous, ( si voleu podeu deixar reposar una estona la barreja de tot plegat).Després feu les formes amb la barreja, els pinyons o les ametlles trencades, ( va bé per enganxar els pinyons una mica de clara d’ou o ou batut), quan acabeu si voleu els podeu pintar amb el rovell de l’ou.Es posen uns deu minuts al forn amb aire fort ( uns 180º ), vigilant que no es cremin. els treieu del forn i els deixeu reposar.&lt;br /&gt;Millor si els feu un dia o dos abans de menjar-los.&lt;br /&gt;Que us vagi de gust!.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients :700 grams d'ametlles en pols 1/2kg. de sucre2 patates petites2 ous sencersuns 700 grams de Pinyons o Ametlles trencades, o la meitat de cada, (a gust del consumidor).&lt;div
